| How moral is it to charge people for using your gifts? (such as sensing, mediumship, telepathy(?), card reading, etc.)
Is it immoral to charge people money for the use of your gifts? When they have (depending on belief) been given to you by God, possibly to help those in need? Are they taking advantage of this?
Do you feel this strengthens or weakens their legitimacy?

| I think that a person who really does have these gifts, should feel comfortable enough to not charge people for their gifts. I think it is very immoral to this this and it is most definitely taking advantage of people and/or those in need.
I may seem narrow-minded on this next point of view, people may use it as a last resort... however I can only see that charging for any kind of reading or use of gift weakens their 'claim' to have that gift(s). This is merely due to the amount of people who claim to be gifted, charge money for their gifts but turn out to be frauds. You could say that this is a minority smearing the good name of the majority, however I feel there are more of them than that after many famous mediums have just been found to be frauds.
I definitely think the two are connected as I doubt a fraud would give out free readings just to get kicks out of it. If they charge, they are getting something in return.
